Let’s use this home as an example to let you know their situations before window tint and then after.

The Beach House

• This house was on the cliffs of beautiful La Jolla.  The homes west side was directly facing the ocean and was basically all windows.  It was beautiful, but during the day the suns rays we’re so intense that the glare was just to much and the owners were afraid that their art work and hard wood floors were going to fade because of the sun and it’s damaging UV Rays.   They wanted window tint, but were under the assumption that it would be too dark and they loved having the brightness of the sun.  We had the perfect solution for them; 3M’s Prestige 60!  It’s a very light film, but still does the same job that a darker tint would do.

You should allow at least 18 inches of personal space around every person with whom you speak (depending on the culture). Always smile. Maintain good eye contact without staring. Keep your hands out of your pockets. No arm crossing. That is an unfriendly signal. Oh, and don’t slouch; just keep your shoulders and hips parallel.

When you speak, avoid rising inflection at the end of a sentence that turns a statement into a question. People generally can understand well what you are talking, but your tone can suggest a lack of confidence.

Smile when you talk on the phone. A smile puts energy, enthusiasm, and purpose into your voice on the phone. Also, remember to speak slowly, but not to slow. You will want to keep it calm, assured, friendly, and professional. If the other person sounds anxious, try to slow down so you can take charge of the pace. In addition, if the conversation is dragging, pick it up a little. Be aware of how the pitch of your voice sounds like.

Use simple language or vocabulary that other people will understand. If everyone can understand acronyms, it is fine to use them. But you should avoid using slang and vulgarities. Speak in complete sentences with correct grammar.

Avoid using clichés as well. Otherwise, it becomes a foreign language and you risk alienating people.

Here are three suggestions for communicating more effectively:

Speak loudly and clearly on the phone: All you have got is your voice and words – just about 45 percent of your communication power.

Videotape yourself: This is an effective to periodically keep improving. You should always try to get input from other people or your presentation coach.

E-mail with care: Some people feel that when we have to send an e-mail, we are losing 93 percent of our communication power. So choose your words carefully and make each one of them count.

Here are 10 things to watch for:

1. People who are angry may lean forward with a tight facial expression and fists clenched.

2. Someone who is excited will exhibit an open body position with palms up, and mouth and eyes wide open.

3. People who feel shy will look down, make little eye contact, and may appear to shrink to one side.

4. Someone who wants to intimidate others may appear threatening by taking an upright stance and standing close to you.

5. People who stand with their hands on their hips and their elbows turned out are showing a posture of superiority and dominance.

6. People often try to show their superiority by sitting with their legs in the four-cross position, with the ankle of one leg resting on the knee of the other, and the elbows outstretched and hands clasped behind the neck or head. In male body language, two executives may both unconsciously adopt this posture to maintain their respective positions of authority.

7. Someone who crosses his arms, hunches his back or clenches his fist, even if he is unaware of what he is doing, can be showing defensiveness, or even be feeling hostile.

8. People who are interested will prop their heads up with a hand, with the index finger pointing to the cheek.

9. A buyer may reveal interest by leaning forward, indicating he is about to act on a suggestion.

10. A customer who leans back is indicating indifference, or a lack of interest.

They love the thrill of meeting someone new whom they can confide in certain emotional feelings and who can admire her looks and qualities.

Some times the over busy husbands become unable to find out time for their wives and the wives start looking for someone to spend some quality time to cherish. Flirtation by a married woman can also be a simple casual time passing to have some variation in life. Sometimes married women like to flirt with a man simply because the charm, personality, intelligence and wit of that person attract her towards him.

A casual flirting by a married woman done successfully and accurately can bring back the lost happiness, fun, and excitement in her life without causing any harm.

But what happens when a married man takes flirting too far?  Why might this be happening?

• it makes him feel better about himself

• he is looking to have an affair
• it is exciting
• to meet emotional needs such as feeling liked, being popular, or being thought of as funny, entertaining, attractive, or sexy
• as a passive-aggressive way of getting even with the wife. He may have felt rejected sexually and emotionally, so the flirting can be a message to the partner to shape up or risk losing the marriage
• an attempt to get the wife’s attention

What to do if your husband flirts

If your husband flirts, take a little time to yourself and think about how you feel when he flirts. Once you are familiar with your feelings talk with your husband about them. Talk with him in a non-confrontational way. Be careful not to threaten him. Let him know exactly how you feel and would it would take for you to feel better. Your husband might not realize he flirts. He also might not realize how it makes you feel. If your husband doesn’t want to talk to you about it or says that you are over-reacting, try talking to him again when he is more receptive. Also, look at yourself, are you there for your husband?  Are you giving him the intimacy that he needs?

Remember, communication is key to any relationship, but most importantly the one between a husband and a wife.

The body language signs that drunken people exhibit during the day or at dinner are easier to catch later on in the night. People’s actions are a little slower when people have been drinking in many occasions.

Here is the best game plan to learn some body language skills.
1. Take some friends who would also like to enjoy learning body language.
2. Go to a semi crowded place where people are going to be, by the way they do not have to be drinking.
3. Pick 2 or 3 items to look for before you get there that you want to look out for or learn.
4. Get to your location a little earlier than the crowd so you can pick an advantageous spot with good visibility.
5.  Do not drink alcohol; your job is to do the watching of the body language not to be the drunk one, observed for your own antics.
6. You will want to engage the people around you, If you are there alone, it might look a little funny if you are just sitting there and not talking to anybody.  If you have friends with you, have at least one person in your group engage in conversation with someone other than someone in your group, particularly someone of the opposite sex.
7. Since people are friendlier most times after a few drinks you can go and ask them questions about what was going on. This will have to be done discreetly. It wouldn’t make sense to walk up and ask about a situation, you will have to thread it into or weave it into your conversation.

Once you have taken some time with a few trips you will start to pick up the nuisances with some of the body language skills.  

It’s always a lot of fun to watch people, especially watching people and the way the approach their ‘target’.  Especially after a few drinks!
